Arial is carved from a natural formed beach pebble.

This sculpted stone is a metamorphosed sedimentary composition which has undergone extreme geological heat and pressure.

It is now in a near vitrified state making it almost as hard as jade and richly embedded with micro crystalline inclusions.
Harder than steel, this cannot be worked with mallet and chisel

A far cry from the crumbly greywacke often associated with this type of mineral.
